Customer Says:
They have now become just another chop shop that moves as many people in and out as quickly as possible. Don’t bother calling to make an appointment because you will still sit and wait. They rush through your nails, they don’t listen to the things you want done, the mails don’t last more than a few days and they are using illegal products. In the USA, MMA is illegal to be used on nails. That is the product they are using.
If you don’t believe me. Watch them soak off a set. Acrylics should essentially melt away like butter. If they are stubborn to remove and have to be continuously drilled, and resoaked, its because it is MMA.
I had a set done on Friday October 13th. On Saturday I had to go back because two nails were significantly longer than the others, acrylic was flooding my cuticles, top coat was peeling off, and they were already lifting. Instead of her removing the two nails to redo them, she folded a piece of aluminum foil to make a “form” under each nail. On the nails that needed the top coat redone because it was peeling already, she drilled off the “top coat”, laid a base coat on top of previous polish, then reapplied top coat.
It was a lazy way of “fixing” a problem.
On Wednesday the 18th I had to go buy nail glue because I had two nails that had completely popped off and needed glued back on. It is now, 10 days later and every single one of my nails have glue under them.
Not to mention I was charged $86 for a fill in, and a deep french manicure. See photos of my nails from today, just ten days after my “fill-in”.
I will not be going back here again. EVER. It was a waste of my time and money.
i try to get my natural nails done so if you’re looking to do the same, i highly recommend since it doesn’t chip for 5+ weeks! nails are healthy and strong even after acrylic 💓
i usually have a picture of what i want and they do it exact with whatever requests i have! (ex: squared instead of almond like in the picture)
hope to keep coming here for more years 😽
