I wish I had something nice to say but my experience was not good. It hasn’t even been a week and my nails peeled off. The technician was very rough. Found myself being tense during my no chip manicure because of how rough she went. She cut me during my manicure and I bled. Even the tech cringed when I was bleeding asking if it hurt. Wasn’t relaxing at all. Would not recommend

I have been getting my nails done for 19 years and my experience was one of the most uncomfortable and unusual. I was next door when i seen the sign on the front door saying “walk ins welcome”, normally i will make an appointment out of courtesy but i looked in and for the time of day (early afternoon) and a holiday weekend i could see only one person at a station, i thought perfect. I realize now why…i picked my color and my pedicure began when two members of staff started arguing with the lady doing my pedicure which as a customer was very unprofessional and uncomfortable, i felt very bad for her. A call came in and the lady doing my pedicure stopped to answer the phone and began arguing with other staff again, all while the customer on the call could hear them. When it came time for my fill in, i was the only customer in the salon. The two women went on and on about walk in customers and how people should make an appointment…despite the sign on the front door. The staff member who was doing my manicure used a file on my cuticles instead of putting them in water and then cutting them off….i know have cuts on my left hand. Another customer walked in and wanted a polish change and the lady working on my nails was rude to her, she commented that Mary the owner cares about money and customers but she doesn’t. Needless to say, as soon as i could i paid…tipped and basically ran out of there. When i got to my car i noticed how poorly my nails were done, great color but the shape on each finger is different, i asked for square but that is not what i got. I will live with this for 2 weeks until i can go to another salon because the toxicity of this establishment is not worth enduring again.

I have been getting my nails done from here for years and I am very satisfied with the service. My friends and family have also started coming here and are happy with the work. Very friendly staff and they will go beyond to make sure you walk out happy.

Very knowledgeable about care of nails and restoring nails, friendly, and prices are reasonable. I love the fact that they sterilize all instruments via autoclave and perfect your nails. Here it’s all about quality, definitely going back

I got an acrylic full set, $27. The girl who did my nails had me waiting 30 minutes cause she wanted coffee. I work in a hotel so I don’t do a ton a work with my hands but I do enough. It’s been two days and one of my nails just popped off.

Edit; they were kind enough to fix it for free but I won’t be returning.

Update; it’s been a little over a week and I’ve resorted to using nail glue to keep my nails on. Would not recommend acrylic set from here.
