This was a very strange experience. The staff is unfriendly at best (mostly just rude though). I almost asked the tech next to me to blink twice if she was being held hostage. My nails look amazing. The gel polish is perfect (we will see if it holds up!). My toe nails look nice but even with the spa pedicure, my feet are still extremely rough. If you have dry skin or like a good foot scrub, this is not the place. The massage felt nice though! Someone else mentioned feeling rushed…that was not my experience at all. It actually took way longer than I thought. Overall, probably won’t return. There are way too many salons in the area to feel so awkward getting my nails done.

Updated to add: after posting this the owner sent me a text message to offer a complimentary service, which I declined. I was then offered a refund if I removed the review. This just adds to the unease that I would get a text on my personal number to ask me to remove the review. I again declined because I believe I left a fair review of my experience. It wasn’t one rude tech. They all looked miserable and were unwelcoming as a whole. This is noted in other reviews and makes me wonder how many others did remove their review at the owners request.

Had an awful experience at this salon. The nail tech I had was so completely rude. She rolled her eyes at me twice and made me feel like I was inconveniencing. I didn’t even stay for the entire service because I was so uncomfortable. My nails turned out fine, but not enough to ever offset the rude technicians. I’ve never had an experience like this and I won’t be going back.

Nora was great! Did a wonderful job and my nails look great. Will definitely continue going to her!

Very enjoyable experience. It was quiet, clean, and relaxing. The pedi chairs are not massagers but not a big deal. You can tell they take pride in cleaning the place and the minimalist decor is refreshing. Parking was a little tricky so arrive early! Overall very pleased.

Updating my Google review from a few months back (Feb/Apr 2023). Definitely a spot to go for a spa pedicure. I always appreciate Amy who does my No Chip Mani and Pedi. This recent visit, I booked a 445pm on a Sunday for the Lavender Spa Pedicure. Yes, I know, close to their closing time. Amy is always super busy and I can really tell today. Would not have anyone else besides Amy who is kind, patient, and absolutely worth it – Always does an excellent job, busy or not. Latest visit in April 2023 was during the weekday before 4pm and it was an Organic Milk & Honey Spa Pedicure. I did not opt to get color and the buff kept my pedicure and cuticles shiny. Both special spa pedicures take an hour and a half or so. Very worth it and relaxing! Photo here of the result of my Lavender Spa Pedicure, is of OPI It’s a Boy, which is a light pastel blue color. Out of the two Spa Pedicures I have had, I recommend Organic Milk & Honey Spa Pedicure (with Amy) – Always feel relaxed after it.

(Feb/Apr 2023) Bright, calming, and very clean nail salon! Scheduled a pedicure last minute and so happy about the cleaning process and final outcome. My technician was “Amy Amy.” The service is excellent and all staff are attentive to your needs even if they had not serviced you. Would love to come back for a No Chip Manicure.
