I am typing this with the most beautiful gel x set from Julianne. She was so easy to book with, posts last minute availability on her social media, etc. The appointment itself was so fun and communicative—I’d never done gel x and she really walked me through my options, taking the time to show me all different shapes, lengths and colors. She is so detail oriented, the prep of my natural nails before the gel x was as meticulous as the gel x itself. Lacquer is a beautiful studio, has the best resources and artists in Columbus, and is incredibly customer-focused. I recommend it all around!

SUPER happy with the way my nails came out!! This was my first time coming here, and Autumn did my nails! I absolutely love the color we chose, the shape, length, everything!! Her attention to detail as she was doing my nails was spot on, and the salon was SO clean!! Will definitely be back here again! ☺️

Love this place! Carmen for gel extensions! She’s so thorough and patient with my neurodivergent gifts. 🤗 Kiki for a pedicure, she was very kind and so informative on best times to visit and all of the services. Check out team both times were very nice. It really isn’t common that everyone you encounter at a nail spa is kind and everyone here is so kind. So happy I found them!

Brittany is amazing!! The service she provided me was truly the best hair service results I’ve received. She ensures you get exactly what you want, is patient while you explain your hair goals, kind and very skilled. I originally met her at another salon. I found out she moved to this salon, and I reached out to book with her. I got highlights and a cut, and the results were above and beyond my expectations. Even during the consultation, she explained everything well and prioritized keeping my hair as healthy as possible. Now I will not go to anyone else. I highly recommend her! The salon is very welcoming; love the aesthetic.

I absolutely love Lacquer! The environment is always so wonderful and fun! I especially love my nail art tech Austin who is a true artist. He works his magic every single time and I always get the most compliments whenever I get my nails done by him! Not only does he do a great job with very intricate nail art that lasts for way over three weeks without chipping, he also makes sure that my cuticles and nails are always looking well manicured and healthy! He is the best!
