Don’t be fooled by this place. I’ve gone to this salon 4 times and all my experience have been horrible. I recently came back to give them another shot. I myself recognize I was one of the last people there to get a service done and the receptionist said the lady could take me (her name was kimmy.) Kimmy then sat me down proceeded with my service I showed her what I wanted I asked for curved French tip. My whole service with her she was being “sarcastic “ and so rude rushing my whole service didn’t even shape my nails and kept continuing until she finished and I did not like my nails whatsoever. I did not speak up because she was already packing her stuff when she was done she also didn’t ask if they were okay beforehand. I forgot to mention she also was having a conversation with her coworker the receptionist during my service, she was cussing and joking around in front of me and did not apologize for her language and then she has the audacity to ask me if I can say a cuss word back so that she doesn’t “feel bad”. I came back to get my nails fixed 2 days later (that’s the only time I could come in ) and the lady Lee and the other young receptionist was being so rude and they were making fixing my nails such a problem after explaining to them so many times. My nails only lasted a week because of her poor job. Please please please DONT COME HERE! They are all rude.

Ben and Nikki are the best!! my mom and I have been going to La Vie En Nail Spa for a few years now and we’re never disappointed when we leave.

Ben always does such beautiful designs for each season or event. I’m always excited to see what he does next 🙂

All of the bad reviews are true. Front Desk is on you like security when the gentleman asked me to pick a color he was watching me like security, like what ? Do people take the nail swatches. What kind of ghetto have I entered. I called to see if they would have any spots in about 30min. They said come in now , I was excited. Once I got there I was patient because they had me wait . I was under the assumption they had someone ready for me. Anyways I was seated at *****Lee’s *chair , I showed her my design that I had discussed to the man on the phone , I need at full acrylic set with nail design. Anyway she looked at the picture and gave me the most horrible look , It instantly had me feeling unwanted and simply uninviting she said we don’t have that glitter and walked away not seeming to poses manners or empathy for human existence and about accommodating me in any way! RUN! Looks dirty and unkept as well maybe it was just a blessing , don’t pay people who could care less about you. It’s your health at the end of the day and don’t put it in there hands. I wasn’t going to let her touch me with that negative way of being. Literally like a psycho took the other ladies tip and was so kind to her. Then turned around and look like a demon at me. Weird vibes. Beware of this place.

Update: I got athletes foot from my pedicure! Avoid this place!

I chose regular nail polish, and it was quite terrible. You can see where the top coat never reached the sides, and where the color was applied unevenly or not at all on the sides. It’s also up onto my cuticles so it’ll surely peel and chip quickly. I could have done a better job myself :\

My girlfriend and I had gone in as walk ins (half hour before close, unaware of this). Her a fill and mine a full set. My nail tech had great personality but he did a horrible job. Didn’t length my nails, filed one mail so hard it burned, missed a few steps and left my nails lumpy. My friend wanted colors like the Phoenix Suns and did not get anything close to that. I understand that they were closing in half an hour, and to be honest I would’ve rather waited to come back the following day instead of them, insisting on taking us at 5:30 and doing a horrible job and on top of that they charged my friend $48 for hers which are the black ones in the pictures and $78 for mine which are just painted I do not understand. I will never recommend, and I will never go back.
