The aura of the salon is inviting. They’re very polite. I usually am someone who does my own nails but I wanted to pamper myself. I got the the signature spa pedi. I didn’t stay to get the massage because at that point I was annoyed with the job done. They still made me pay for my whole service even though I didn’t get the massage. The young lady checking me out told me it was $108. I told her that I would’ve payed $40-50. I still had to pay $108. The lady checking me out asked to see my toes and then proceeded to say she didn’t see anything wrong with them. Save your money and make sure if you do go you’re getting everything you paid for. I went to feel good about myself and left worse than what I when in.

After 8 days my dip powder manicure is a chipping, peeling, and my nails are breaking. I called to speak to a manager and the receptionist has no idea when the manager is in again but they only have a 6 day guarantee for manicures. I’m so disappointed and frustrated with this service!

Went to the nail salon on January 12th. Had my nails done and my mom also had her nails done. My mom showed them an inspo pic and told them exactly what she wanted- and this is how her nails turned out. Looked nothing like the picture she showed them. She then told them she didn’t like them WHILE still being there and instead of them fixing it like any other nail salon would they said “we will have to charge you for another set.” So, they then charged her another $55 for another set due to their mistake. She was charged $110 for two sets because they were unwilling to fix their mistake. We never left the nail salon, we told them immediately she was not happy with the nails. Then the manager on that night was extremely unpleasant and did not want to address this. She just extremely rude, demanding, and pushy. Her total was $166-for TWO sets of nails, and a pedicure. Absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend….I then called them the next day and gave my number and name for the owner to give me a call to talk about this. I never received a phone call back weeks later. I called again, and still haven’t heard back. I have called several times since January 12th and I have yet to hear back from an owner. Terrible customer service…

Poor service on the first half of our visit. My daughter and I came in and registered at the front requesting to have full sets with gel polish. When my daughter got to the back with the nail tech Tammy, Tammy asked her what she wanted and proceeded to do just a manicure with gel polish. When I stopped the tech after she was painting my daughters second finger, I told her my daughter wants fake nails with gel. Instantly upon saying this to the tech, she became super argumentative and said, I asked her what she wanted.” We went back and forth to where this tech was very confrontational with my daughter and me. When the front girls came back (who were not at all managers), I was told that I would be charged for a manicure since it was already done on my daughter. Let’s not forget this is not what we said we wanted, never did my daughter say she wanted a manicure. Tammy is Asian and there is obviously a communication gap. Aside from all of this, instead of just fixing the problem and giving her what she wanted, she argued with me and made my daughter wait for another tech. This lady should be taught how to communicate with the public and the younger front girls should get some training on how to handle situations and be professional. I cannot complain once we had diffident nail techs because they made up for how crappy it started out. I even had other customers next to me telling me not to be embarrassed and that they couldn’t believe how it was handled. I don’t recommend anyone coming here because after my visit and after reading other reviews, it seems like if you’re not happy with what they give you….too bad. Lesson learned. A treat to myself turned into a headache. Don’t spend your money here. There’s far better right down the road.

Very nice experience today, aesthetically pleasing and very clean. Professional all throughout. Pedicure and massage so worth it. Walked in today without appointment. They were able to fit me in. I will be returning and no longer going to previous place, which was over booked, dingy, and owner is the rude and has the world’s biggest ego. Looking forward to more pedicures and not dreading it.
