I always have a great experience here. The owners are so nice and thoughtful and you can tell they truly appreciate your business. My pedicures are done with great attention to detail, they never rush. Love it here!

My best friend and went to this salon yesterday, the lady who did my nails did not use the color I picked, she did not know how to work with acrylic nails, and my nails are not even. That day the tips of my fingers hurt. The next day the still hurt (did I mention a couple of my finger tips were bleeding). I don’t like to bad mouth business but seriously do not go here you want really bad nails. Should a I ask got my money back? I paid almost 100.00.

This salon causes harm! Following a family wedding, my daughter and I went to La Rose to have 2 week dip nail manicures removed. I had done some research and understood that an acetone soak, scraping and filing should do the job. I didn’t have acetone and hoped to have the job completed without too much damage to our nails. We both have very healthy strong hair and nails. So no worries. The owner grabbed my hand and roughly jammed a cuticle pusher under the edges of the dip layer and proceeded to tear the top layers off all my nails. She insisted this was how it was done and laughed when I cringed in pain. I was a fool for not stopping her. She and her husband continued to try to sell us gel manicures and whatever they could. I don’t EVER leave a business bad reviews. I feel it’s unfair and everyone has a bad day. However, this is a month later, that my daughter and I are dealing w the discomfort of broken cracking nails well below the free edge. It’s so painful to keep cutting and filing to compensate for my nails that are coming apart every which way possible. We also had pedicures that were the worst ever w polish so old and dry they didn’t last more that 2 days for my daughter. They were so over priced it was ridiculous. The price changes every time-according to another family member.
I don’t want to see anyone harmed as the result of a nail service. I leave this review to protect other consumers. This is one month following our visit and I think I need a bandaid for my thumbnail that is broken so low it hurts.This is a business has no consideration for the well being of their clients and will do anything for a fast easy dollar and should shut their doors or change their approach dramatically!

I have beautiful thick long natural nails. All I want was a trim and french manicure. They butchered my natural nails and globed on nail polish none of the lines are even they’re all janky and they didn’t clean off the original nail polish.. they’re horrible service and only out to make a buck and not make their customers happy I would never refer them

Got my nails and toes done, she was unable to do the nails that I wanted but instead of telling me she could not do that she attempted at the design when I told her that’s not what I wanted she insisted on that’s what I asked for. I will never go there again! Horrible nails and they are pricey !
