I went for the Japanese straightening and they left my hair horrible. I don’t recommend it, apart from the fact that they are somewhat dirty, they had the brush full of hair and a mess where they were treating me🤮

I came to this site because of its good rating. The girls are very friendly and pleasant, however the one who took care of my acrylic nails was a little distracted and although she has a good attitude, she didn’t ask me if I wanted tip or sculptural. He was putting out the tips and if I don’t tell him that it’s not what I want, he continues with that material; I asked him for a length of 3 and he ended up making them a size 2, I didn’t mention it because I liked how the length looked and I didn’t give it any importance thinking that perhaps he heard me wrong. The application took two hours (a little slow in my opinion, but for a good job, it seems acceptable to me) and ended at the close of business, due to the lack of light I did not see the horror until this morning. They tried to charge me for length 3 of the nails but I made the correction as to what I requested but when they changed the number, I did not correct it so I was not charged that extra.

It’s not the first time I’ve applied a glitter gel on my nails, so I’m very disappointed and upset because although I felt some texture (originally it felt scratchy, I told the girl and she added more transparent gel), I didn’t think that it was going to look this horrible. The photos do not do justice to how amorphous they look, it is unacceptable work.

I’m at MTY for work so I couldn’t go back to get things fixed because I don’t have time for second chances. If anyone I know comes to town and asks me about this place, I will ask them to avoid it at all costs.

I was a customer, but after the change in management last year, I went once and I don’t recommend it. I was going for removal and application and it took an hour to remove my hands and when I applied it, it left my nails full of fluff and with bubbles. In the end I took that back and left because two hours had already passed… the person who attended seemed like he was learning.
