I have been coming here for a few months and I love this salon! The women are always so nice and welcoming! There is never a wait and online booking is super easy! They are always so helpful when picking out the shape and color for my nails! The women always make sure I love my nails before I leave! I am never disappointed! I will never go back. They don’t use the plastic bags for the bowl where you put your feet. But I went on and did it cause my feet needed. Was going to get a manicure too but NO I said I will go somewhere else. And she rubbed the water from the bowl on my legs. I was like OMG!! Never going back. Felt have a$$.

Ni was fantastic. I like this nail salon better than any of the others in the area. Friendly staff. Definitely make an appointment. KY is making the licensing harder and more expensive for nail techs, so there aren’t as many people working. You’ll be waiting if you don’t make an appointment.

I went to this salon on Sunday to get a (gel) manicure I will never go back. The tech was really nice but the work was horrible. Today is just Tuesday and my nails are a mess. I deserve a refund but I am sure I will not get it.

Place is quite unsanitary, the chair I was given for my pedicure was broken, the tap barely worked and it took almost 30 minutes for the foot water bath to fill. I found a hair and some dirt in my water bath and asked for it to be changed. The massage chair did not work. They cut my husband’s toe nails and dropped the nails into the water bath his feet were in. They even cleaned his feet with the dirty water. Overall not a great experience. The manicurists were nice and helpful but overall not a great experience.
