Customer service is very good, I was in and out in a little over 1 hour I went to get a wash and blow as a natural girlie and they got my hair bone straight

I agree with the other reviews…the salon treats your hair without any consideration that it might break! The job is horrible and expensive. I’m not one to argue with anyone, I got this mess done then I paid 250 and left. Then I had to go to another salon where they actually know how to do hair to get it fixed. The other salon said that they they left the bleach on my hair for so long if they had left it in for another 5 minutes my hair would have broken off. I know better than to ever go back there! This was supposed to be a balayage and it came out like an orange zebra stripe mess! Everyone says how beautiful, you look beautiful I guess is to stop you from flipping out because in reality your hair is dried to a crisp and damage to the point that you need 3 months worth of hair treatment to bring it back to life.
