I even tried to coach my technician second time around not to leave the nail thick because it looks so unnatural, and pointed out that there were humps in the back of the nail bed from the uneven acrylic but still couldn’t get a result I was happy with.
It may seem picky to some, but with how high in cost these services are getting and with the automatic expectation of a tip on top of it, simple things like an even surface nail and straight edge shaping should be a standard.
