Squeezed me in without an appointment and was so satisfied with my pedicure. Everyone is so nice and happy. The chairs give great massages too!

First time in. Made appointment week in advance. Greeted and paired up with Dow immediately. She had to remove builder gel nails that I got elsewhere and didn’t like. She was absolutely meticulous! New acrylic set put on quickly and perfectly. 1 nail tip she removed and started over because she thought it was crooked. I didn’t even notice! Entire appt took 1 hr 15 mins. I am more than pleased. I’ll be seeing Dow on a regular basis.

They do a decent job but no cuticle work. I have been here a few times and always get the same quality. When I ask for coffin they make it pretty square, and when you ask them to file it more they will tell you it won’t look good? I don’t like how they push they’re preferences onto you instead of giving you what you ask for. I always have to file more when I am at home which is disappointing for $65 + tip.

Dow is great. Able to do same day apts…took my sister in for an apt w Ken…they put her with the older lady for the 2nd time and once again had a super bad experience. We thought “eh let’s give her a second try”. My sisters pinky is curved and that lady was RUDE and said she couldn’t do her nails they way she asked cuz her pinky is “curved”. Sister kept asking her name and she just ignored her. My sister has always brought a picture and once again wouldn’t do what the picture shows. So moral of the story DO NOT go to the older lady in that salon for she is rude and won’t do your nails the way you would like. I’m not one to put people on blast on here but she made my sister cry and all for what. She sits up against the window first station and looks the way she does nails…mad!

They got me right in that was nice. The girl gave me a 3 min rub and I asked for an American flag design and she said no so whatever went solid red . Then charged me $35 I was started and finished in 16 minutes
