I once give a 5 start but I’m so sorry I have to change my rating and review. My nails are extremely damage and so fragile last time I got my nails done was back in February. I did two more fillings and four sets prior to that the last time I got my nails done was the year 2017 my nails were healthy strong but now this is the aftermath of coming here and getting them done, my nails are drilled down so bad

They were very nice and they did a great job on me and my mom’s pedicures and manicures, they did exactly what we asked! I would definitely recommend this place! Very friendly.

I would never recommend this place, not only was it un sanitary but they really messed up my nails and were not friendly and was not a relaxing atmosphere. I called ahead to make an appointment but when I got there I was treated as a walk in. I wasn’t asked my name or if I had an appointment, I thought for a minute I was in the wrong place. However I was seated pretty quickly but at a dirty table with nail dust and polish on it and no hand towel for me to set my hand on, which was the first red flag for me. I then told him I had gel polish on and just wanted them shaped and repolished. He then took a drill for acrylics and started to go to town at my nails to take the polish off which made them extremely thin and bumpy with dents. This was the second big red flag. I wish I would of asked him to do it correctly and just wrap them in acetone and cotton balls but I wasn’t brave enough especially after him being so confident saying “look how easy it come off!” This left my usually strong thick nails very thin and bumpy, unusually dented. He then left me to pick out a new color while he worked on the lady’s acrylics next to me, and then the lady’s pedicure behind me. Third nasty red flag, he wore the same gloves the whole time never changing them in between touching the woman’s feet then my hands and the other person’s. It really grossed me out but I was speechless, and at this point I was ready to be done. He came back, put my polish on, no complaints there. But after he got them all painted took a file and again filed the sides of my nails and the polish off! Obviously this took the polish off the sides of my nails and made them even thinner. The next day I had 2 nails break because they were so thin they just bent and a couple of them the polished chipped where he filed some off. Not to mention I tried to have a conversation with the nail tech but was unfriendly and seemed like I was bothering him talking about the weather. Overall it was unsatisfactory, unprofessional, not relaxing, a waste of 40 bucks and ruined my nails until they grow out.

0 out of 10 what I recommend store was very dirty. Didn’t even let me tell her the length that I wanted my nails I just said short and she started cutting asked for another coat because my nails were still see-through and she told me I was wrong, also got my daughter nails done at the same time they were so thin on the gel polish that she literally has four different colors of pink on her fingers that all came out of the same bottle ridiculous will never come back first and last time for me $100 down the drain

Great service! Everyone that works there is so friendly and build great relationships with their clients on top of them doing amazing work!
