First time here. Never again! I got a basic Mani & Pedi. Color is polish, not gel. No sooner got to my car & I noticed the issue. I think they used old polish, sloppy coverage & you can see no clean lines. I am very disappointed & will not go back. The pictures are 2 days later!

I used to go here a few years back and always had great nails. This time, not so much. Sorry to the male technicians, but they don’t pay attention to detail. My nails are super thick and the shape is funny on a few. I used to get awesome service, but not this time. I’ll give them a couple more chances and then change salons if it’s not better. I hate to be picky, but am on a fixed income and unfortunately I have very thin nails. I also drive out of the way to go there. Edit- last visit was great, so happy with my nails! Anna was wonderful and I will be going to her from now on. Thanks!

I truly love this place BUT… there is only 2-3 technicians that actually get acrylics right. It is so hot and miss that I myself am to the point of finding a new nail salon. I go every 2 weeks and some times my nails look awesome and than there’s other times they are thick, have no natural shape, polish isn’t covering the whole nails, shape is off etc. I’ve been coming here for years but the newer employees need more training as things seem to be going down hill.

I had a great experience here till another lady messed up my nails, but I found someone else who does them now. I have found out one thing you pay 50.00 to get nails done and they are a mess and not done right, they won’t redo them for free or a discount either.

It’s truly unfortunate to have to give a 3 star review because they really do great work. After going to a different nail salon for a few months I decided to try LA Nails out for my dip nails. My first time went great and they gave me a card to ask for a specific nail tech when I call to make my appointment. I made my appointment for 5:30 to have dip done again. I get there and wait until about 6:00. The person I scheduled with was finishing up who she had in her chair by 5:55, then pulled over someone else to start on. That’s when I decided to leave. I work two jobs and I’m not going to spend my time after getting off work waiting 30+ minutes to be seen for an appointment I made. At the very least they could’ve pulled me back to start getting the dip soaked off while working on the other girl or something. Again, it sucks that I can’t give this place a 5 star review because their work deserves that but they need to figure out something with their scheduling because they are so successful in their business. They would probably be better off just taking appointments only most days.
