The sad part is I even tipped him with his unsteady hand. I called Friday 2/23 livid about the terrible quality of my nails and Stephanie the manager tried to act as if she didn’t know the guy who did my nails at chair 14.
If you would like quality work do not go to chair 14 or the whole establishment all together. They rush and get an attitude when you tell them you don’t like something. My nails look like I did them with my left hand, not “professional” work at all.
I deserve a refund and they aren’t worth your money I promise.
I was absolutely blown away by how attentive, kind and beautiful they were to my daughter. They played with her when she got antsy, laughed while she had fun and were so friendly and kind. They treated her like a person instead of an annoyance. Has not been easy for me to find in this area!
The price was a little pricier than other places in the area, but the atmosphere was WORTH IT. Paid about $140 for two pedicures, two manicures and an eyebrow wax. Definitely returning in the future. Special thank you to Lily! 💖
