Customer service was great!!!! It was pouring down raining and the guy that did my pedicure was nice enough to walk me to my car with umbrella! I will always come here I love it! My pedicure came out great I spent 60$

Got my brows waxed and she was very understanding of the Chemo pills I’m on. She used a sensitive wax and it didn’t burn like normal. I will keep going to see her. I would love to know the name of the girl that did them??

Paid $30 for a gel polish change Saturday, came off Sunday. They asked for a receipt when clearly my name is in the system and ask me to identify who did my toes. FOR WHAT? It’s was one of y’all. He said if someone else fix it they going to charge you I said NOT. The receptionist was being rude and sarcastic but when my energy started match his and wanted to be quiet. Then said I have to wait until everyone is done before the can help me his fat rice eating butt lost his mind. Back to my regulars I go.

I just went there this morning horrible service. I got nails put on by them and got one refill 2 weeks ago I come in again today for another refill and get told they can’t do the refill because whoever put the nails on didn’t put enough glue …. I’m like that doesn’t even make sense! If it’s you guys error then why should I have to pay to get them taken off which is an inconvenience for me and my time when I’m spending money at your high priced nail shop. I don’t advise anyone to spend money with this place!! THE SERVICE AT THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! Do not go!!. This place is very RACIST DO NOT GO THERE!!

Gel polish came off within a couple of days. When I returned for a polish change, LA Nails representative told me that since it’s been almost a week (5 days), they weren’t going to redo my expensive gel manicure.
