Worst experience and I’ve been going there awhile… yesterday I got a pedicure and manicure by this lady who cut my toes and then proceeded to put liquid in my cuts!!!! Not only did it burn me multiple times she acted like nothing happened!!!!!

My manicure was a disaster as well not once did she listen to me!!! I asked her 4 times to please round out my nails!! I said politely that I do NOT like squared nails!!! What does she do? Cuts my nails shorter and continues to make them even more square!!!!!

Oh let’s not forget to mention they are charging everyone a Convenience tax 🤣

This place doesn’t deserve 4 stars!! It doesn’t even deserve 1. This is my first time having a bad experience and STILL PAying over $100 for it.

Last time the guy cut so deep into my nails I have an infection where I had to get antibiotics because pus swelled my toe and started turning my skin colors.

I am new to Temple and wanted to remove my polish change but to my surprise it wasn’t an enough to receive service from the nail tech. I waited over 35 minutes but when another customer walked in of a certain race she received her and told she would provide her service instead. My daughter reminded her that we were present first, but her response was off putting. I guess providing me with service was enough revenue for her in combination with my race. Sorry, first impression is a lasting one. I won’t be back ever.

I have been going to Lena for almost a year now. I have never been so happy with my nails as I am with her. She’s amazing! She works fast but efficiently! Very sweet as well! Everyone in the shop is so nice. Shops clean. I’ve seen lots of regulars. I recommend for anybody who’s looking for a place to go and wants to be as happy with their nails as I am!!

This review is based solely on my experience today (7/11/24). I haven’t had a bad experience here in the 2/3 years I’ve been coming here. This experience is worth documenting though.

I called into the shop at around 2pm earlier today and asked for an appt with either of my two favorite techs, I wanted a 5:30 p.m. appt for either today (7/11/24), tomorrow (7/12/24). Neither of my techs were available at that time for either days so I was even willing to push it out until Monday 7/15/24. The lady asked if I could come later 6:30 p.m. which worked perfect so I said yes. I show up at 6:29 p.m. when I walk in no acknowledges me (they usually do) but it wasn’t a that big of a deal because it was a little busy in the shop. I stand there for about a minute or two and my usual techs asks how can he help me and I told him that I had an appt with him at 6:30 he doesn’t respond to me but speaks to the lady who made the appt in Vietnamese. I take a seat anyway, then a lady walks out the restroom and sits in his chair. Still no one says anything to me. I wait there 10 minutes and politely walked out. I called in for an appointment for a purpose, I showed up on time for my appointment. I had already stopped letting them do my pedicures, simply because I didn’t like the way they did them. The customer service today was absolutely terrible and for that I won’t come back to this shop ever again. Back to press on nails I go!!

Today I walked in LA Nail Salon and everyone was super busy. I was informed it would be about a 30 minute wait. I went back to my car and waited. When I came back inside I was seated within 10 minutes in a massage chair and met Tracey. I explained to her I was ticklish. A disclaimer I like to share because my kicks are record breaking. I picked out the cheapest pedicure since I had not been there before today. Tracey, who said she was ticklish too, simply knew how to apply the correct amount of pressure to my feet to keep from truly tickling them. If you’re ticklish then you know what I’m talking about. She also performed my complete pedicure like the professional I learned she is. As a bonus, she dug out an ingrown nail I get without me having to ask her. The leg massage she gave me was great too. Sometimes I read reviews and I can’t tell what the comments mean, but this review is what “singing the praises of a nail professional” looks like. I give Tracey (5 butterflies) 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋, my highest score. I will be returning.
