l came here it’s a beautiful, clean place,They prefer appointment because they been running thru appointments for awhile there usually booked up in the mornings so it’s better to come in at 12 thru out the day, they do have 2 kids pedi chairs. they have 5 different pedicures starting at 35 dollars also have a beautiful waiting area, multiple choice of color, they do trendy designs, acrylic, liquid gel, gel polish, regular polish, etc. l recommend them if ur around that area 💅🏼😁

I’m in love with my nails, the person who did them was so nice! She matched the perfect base color for me and made sure everything was to my liking! She made sure to even be gentle about a cut I had on my one finger along the cuticle. She was quick and got the job done well, it’s my first time visiting this place and I would DEFINITELY come again and the price was not bad!! 80$ and no add-ons while working to up the price which I’m so grateful for, I was able to relax and have a good time 😀

I’m new to Raleigh NC relocated from Dallas Tx. I went to one nail shop for a full set of gel stiletto nails, which is on the left side. That is not what I got. I found La Bella nails and scheduled an appointment with Lynn who did an amazing job, her nails is on the right side. I scheduled my next appointment before I left. Thank you so much Lyn!!

New to NC, I have already been here twice for pedicures and plan to return. Other area salons were disappointing. The polish here lasts for several weeks, the staff is competent and the salon is clean and decorated cute. The cheapest pedicure is $35 before tip but includes massage, nail trim, hot towel, sugar scrub, polish, etc. Worth the price these days

Decided to check this salon out for convenience and since they took walk ins but it’ll probably be my first and last. My pedi and nail tech Jenny was sweet and attentive and gave a decent massage. When she finished she asked another tech were they doing my fill in and they replied “no you do it.” It came out rude but I hope that wasn’t her intention. I’m guessing she asked since there was about 4-5 techs lounging in the waiting area. She did my fill in and was pleasant just as during the pedi. Fast forward to my nail designs by another tech, since Jenny said she wasn’t too comfortable doing what I showed, took about 4 minutes. Once I get to check out, I’m assuming the owner, she starts adding up and says so 3 ppl on your nail etc… and gave me the price. I said no there were only 2 so she recalculated. I knew right then I wouldn’t be returning. I paid, got my receipt, and she immediately started talking to another guest. No thank you or anything…customer service could use some improvement. I didn’t look at the receipt until much later but noticed the $30 charge for the design tech Tina for an “unknown service” and couldn’t believe that those designs cost that much. It left much to the imagination! Mind you, she didn’t add the stones, the first tech Jenny did. The quality just didn’t add up to the price. It would also be nice to offer something to drink.
