I got acrylic removed and got burned multiple times but the lady and my acrylic process was painful…. Every other nail shop I went to never hurt me, and my nail got put on crooked I asked the lady how long she was doing nails she said 15 years but yet it took her two hours to do my set… and she kept messing up on my design and put too big of tips on and didn’t even try to match the sizes she put nail glue on first and then tried to match my sizes, like what the heck! And messed up my design and kept wiping it off… I’ll let the picture speak for itself🤦♀️ (also I asked for almond shape so it don’t match the picture I just wanted the Design)

After a bad day trying to find a nail salon with great customer service… i found it.
I was serviced my Victor and i was very clear in what i wanted. And we figured it out!
I had a picture of what i wanted my nails to look like.
He understood the shape i wanted.
And replaced the two missing nails i had.
The only con is my new two nails are a little wider and longer than the others. BUT COMPARED TO THE REST OF THE NAIL SALONS IN TOWN… THATS A WIN!!
The salon is very clean and so is the bathroom
It’s in a great location
I am very happy with my experience and i will be back.

Horrible experience! Cut and burned me! My nails look nothing like the picture I showed her. She was rude. I do not recommend this place.

Tiffany did a beautiful job! Very detailed and was super patient with my questions. I was a bit anxious at first because my previous experience with dip powder in another state was pretty bad. My faith in ombré dip power has been completely restored. Absolutely recommend this salon

Got my toes and acyrlics done and the lady had my nails glued to my fingers and my pedicure she didn’t even pint my whole toe nail and then didn’t get the black nail polish I had on there before off. You could literally see it. I asked her to fix it twice and she couldn’t seem to fix it and my acrylics are so thick and I asked her to make them thinner and she couldn’t do that as well. Rushing everything and was on a call half of the time. Literally the worst service ever. 2/10 I had to paint a color on my nails at home where she missed on my toes becaise they looked terrible and she couldn’t fix them.
