The lady that did my nails couldn’t even paint a star it was crazy😂. When i first showed her the design i wanted she tried to change my mind and showed me a picture of a completely different nail design with flowers and said it was prettier than the nails i wanted, which i thought was weird and kinda rude, but i told her no and she did the nails i wanted. She was super unprofessional and could not draw a star and instead made a rhombus shape. It looked nothing like the picture i showed her. I wanted to take a picture of it because it was that bad but i did not want to embarrass her. In the end i told her i did not like them and to just do plain black nails since the design in the picture was to difficult for her, but i think it’s funny that she tried to accuse me saying it’s my fault the nails came out bad for picking that nail design,(she was also laughing and giggling when she was telling me it was my fault) when it was a super simple design to begin with?!? like?!? she did not inform me that she couldn’t paint stars so it’s completely her fault, also how are you a professional nail tech and don’t know how to paint simple stars? anyways don’t come to this nail salon, they don’t know how to paint nails apparently and will accuse YOU of it being YOUR fault that THEY can’t do nails. The audacity😂 also that is the image of the nails i wanted, as you can see, not difficult at all. I really wish i would have gotten a photo of what she did instead. But i do have a picture of my black nails that are ALREADY PEELING even though it’s only been one day. Cant believe i paid for this😐
edit: I went back to get my money back and the manager refused to give it back and said they don’t that and would try and do the nail art instead. As it turns out none of the workers there can do nails and draw simple stars. As you can see the final result is hideous and they made me pay $10 more for it. Please don’t come here, save your money or go somewhere with actual talent. The customer service is also bad.

The nail technician I encountered was astonishingly inept, unable to paint even a design. When I first presented her with the design I desired, she rudely attempted to dissuade me, suggesting a completely different and unwelcome rumptuous design, which I found both bizarre and unprofessional. Despite my insistence on the original design, her attempt resulted in a laughable rhombus shape instead of a Beauty, displaying an utter lack of skill. Adding insult to injury, she had the audacity to blame me for choosing a design beyond her capabilities, laughing as she did so.

Returning to the salon to request a refund, I was met with further incompetence from the manager, who not only refused to reimburse me but also tried to charge an additional $10 for another futile attempt at the design. It became painfully clear that none of the staff possessed the basic talent required for nail art, as the final result was atrocious and my plain black nails began peeling within a day. This establishment is a sham, devoid of professionalism and customer service, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid wasting their money here.

I showed them a photo of simple nail design i wanted and asked if they could do it even if they were shortish. they said yes. when it came to to the design it was just a few stars and i made slight adjustments along yet not much changed. they were rude and unwilling to fix their mistakes. By the end i hated them
and was upset on how they treated me. I totally understand that sometimes they can’t do it yet they should’ve told me and not lied about being able to do it. at the end i asked for my money back since it was not at all how i wanted them and they were extremely rude. Poor costumer server over all would not recommend.

The customer service was terrible. They messed up my nails and when I went to ask them about it they laughed at me and my nails were never fixed. They made me pay more for something I did not like at all and it was simply just black nails but they started peeling 2 hours right after. I do not recommend going there

First of all this pace was highly recommended. Overall, Lissette did a great job. However, do better with appointment scheduling and just a little bit more friendlier/professional. If you have a booking policy, then you should adhere to it and take folks on time. No customer should have to wait more than 10 minutes. Also, the way the employees stare at customers is a bit much.
