L & S nail

I was a client for a while and was content. I came for everything for about 2 years. But recently I booked an appointment & when I came in was told they couldn’t take me because I had dip on my nails. The owner sat there and just kept complaining for about 15 minutes on how she was NOT doing my nails. I thought, in all that time, she could have had the dip off my nails by then. So I left, kinda in shock that there was absolutely no one in the whole place to do my nails. I am a retired cosmetologist who did hair & nails. I started nails back in the late 1980’s and retired in 2015. Never have I EVER refused a client for anything in all the years I worked. I went back few weeks later for a pedicure. When I did pedicures on my clients, they did not have to go home & redo anything. I spent time on them. My pedicure was done in 20 minutes. She buffed the bottom of my feet for under 15 seconds. My gel polish is half off and this is 4 days after my pedicure. I had a lot of skin just from pushing the cuticle back. I also had to clip all the cuticle skin off myself, see pictures. My big toe was filed into a hang nail and it was hurting. So I went to snip the corner. That is when I noticed the extremely poor pedicure job I got. I was forced into retirement due to spinal cord issues. So I needed her to do my feet because I can’t reach them well. I wasted my money & gave her a nice tip for a job I have had to redo all over again. From a still licensed professional, do yourself a favor. Find another place to go to. This place doesn’t care about their work. They have gotten too busy & it’s all about the money for them. When the owner has a bad attitude it reflects in all the employees & the whole salon.

I always get my nails done here and they’re amazing and exactly what I want every time. I decided to get something fancy today and they’re so great I had to share them! Kevin is the best!

This was my first time visiting L&S and my husband’s first pedi ever. We were happy they took walk-ins and there wasn’t even a wait. The staff was lovely. My husband loved Scott there. Scott was funny, attentive, and accommodating. I forgot to ask the name of the lady that did my pedi but she was excellent too! We will be coming back! I highly recommend the pedi with the hot stones.

1st time visit, only got a pedicure, but for $50 I expected a lot more. Hardly any buffing on my heels and feet, my nail bed was not filed prior to putting polish on which caused my nail polish not to be smooth.

Amazing service. Lily does the best designs. Her work is outstanding 👏
