I got my nails done on Saturday march 16 and the lady took so long and did a terrible job on my nails look like I had my nails done for two weeks already the shape was wrong and crooked just awful I had to go to a wedding and I waited patiently knowing I was pressed for time plus and it was another lady and I was the only ones there and it took her 2 1/2 hours to do a full set short with no polish !! I really wanted the guy to do them cause he does good nails but this experience was the worst by far this time !!!

Left 20 minutes ago and my nails are already cracking off. She took 2 1/2 HOURS and the shape is not at all the shape I asked for. When I told her this, her response was “I don’t do this shape often” when she painted my nails, the color was not right because the nail polish was so old it has started turning. For $60 this is terrible. Needless to say, I’ll be getting my money back and never returning.

Went in for a mani before a military ball. They talked me into gel, as it would last longer. Awesome. The woman doing my nails did regular polish instead, I didn’t catch her in time to change it, as she was going so slow to begin with, and I was running out of time. A mani with regular polish shouldn’t take that long. In the end, my nails looked awful, as if I did them myself…and I suck. Removed the polish before the ball. Saddened.
