Horrible service!!!!! -5 star. The place is unsanitary they don’t wipe them chairs after each client. There was a soda can in the pedicure cup holder when I got there. It stayed there even after a client after me that got her nails done. The young girl cut my big left toe it kept burning with the nail polish. They said they didn’t have the regular polish in the color that I wanted so I was forced to get gel. The first guy by the wall doesn’t speak to you he’s very rude. he doesn’t listen to what you want he will proceed to do whatever he wants to do to your nails. I clearly told him that I wanted a stiletto pinky nails cause it helps me to braid. He made all of them short then got mad at me. When I corrected him he had an attitude and tried to rush me out of my chair he only polish my nail one layer until I said some thing and got mad and told me he polished it twice only two minutes Went past since he started polishing and I know that because I got off the phone before he started so I checked the time. Just horrible. I will be contacting state board. They should not be going down in a professional business.

I came here to fix a broken nail. The gentleman who greeted me was dismissive and told me the wait would be a couple of hours and insinuated that I leave. In the meantime he was pressuring the lady who just came in to get a pedicure to get her nails done as well. He actually did me a favor because based on the pictures in previous reviews they do a terrible job.

This shop is TERRIBLE, my nails were rushed and the tech was extremely inconsiderate about the pain they were putting me through while filling, my fingers ended up BLEEDING and I got no apology. My nails look disgusting aswell as my hand’s themselves this shop deserves to go out of service honestly.

Bottom tier. The good reviews must be very old because this is what they consider a completed fill-in today. Im usually not picky but this is the worst, most embarrassing service I’ve ever gotten and I don’t think that’s an exaggeration. It took them 7 minutes to file down my set and they just left it like that. Idk if it was a language barrier but no one would ever ask for this so I’m not sure what happened here. Either way, I wouldn’t waste my time visiting this place again and I don’t think you should either.

Originally I came here for a full set + pedicure. I wasn’t greeted or asked anything when I walked in. Looked like they’re understaffed. About 4-5 workers & they were all attending to other customers. i sat there an hour of waiting at the front, I decided to just go with a basic pedicure because nah…. i refuse to spend up my money in here with how long I’ve been waiting. The Asian guy with glasses was the only one doing nails when I came in (Friday, 1pm). After the clients who requested pedicures were done, the two girls were in line waiting to get their nails done by him. The Spanish workers there just hid in the back or played around with each other….. like your priority should be to get these customers done & out of the way. Terrible service here. I’m about to get French manicure press-ons at the beauty supply store.
