I have been here about 5 times before and the first 3 were great. The last 2 have been subpar. Today I got a pedicure and it took 90 minutes and all that was done was trim and gel polish. No lotion, massage, paraffin, hot towels, nothing. Extremely slow and the polish wasn’t done well. Very disappointed because this was my go to place.

The lady I had was amazing! My nails look so good and she even did a little extra work on my cuticles for free! And she was the sweetest! Will be going back there soon!

Worse exer very rude!! Tech never said a word. Used to scraper on dry skin hurt so bad. Barely rubs my legs I was in and out in 30 mins.
