On 3/17/24 I walked into LA nails as a first time customer. I had already had my nails done, it was time to get them redone . I thought I was going to be able to get a fill in . When I walked in everyone greeted me with a smile . Tammie did my nails.Tammie did such a wonderful job, as she listened to me as a customer. She had me to try something new but at the same time it was what I wanted something Neutral . She took her time with the details of my nails from the shape, making sure they looked full, and even getting any extra an Acrylic from under my nails. Their service was definitely sufficient and professional. I would recommend their services to anyone . Thank you LA nails and staff. I will definitely come back

This was by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever come to. I encourage people to please look at the reviews beforehand. I went in to get a pedicure and it went okay however, the polish application was a pain because every error the woman made she would just wipe it off with her fingers (so unsanitary). Then I went in for a manicure and the lady that sits closest by the door did such a horrific job, had I read the reviews before I would’ve stayed away from her. She nicked me so many times with the drill and kept filing my nails with a nasty nail filer that looked used. She eventually got glue all over my finger and it got two of my fingers stuck together that I had to separate and get a small cut from and on top put the acrylic nails so crooked. She was sloppy and so talkative to the point that she was just unfocused the entire time and rushing. Then during the French tip process she kept using acetone to try and fix the mistakes and ended up just smearing the white nail polish everywhere!!! By the end of it she kept insisting it looked “pretty” but all I had was uncut cuticles and small cuts from the drill and crooked a** nails. I eventually got serviced by someone else who tried to fix the damage she had done, but it couldn’t be fixed. And on top of that she tried to charge me for the French tips that I ended up asking to be removed. This place was so unsanitary as well, I will be calling the Health Inspection Service for sure because it’s disgusting services. A WASTE OF MONEY DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I visited the nail spa for an eyebrow cleanup and was asked if I wanted a pedicure. I decided to try the pedicure for the first time. The pedicure experience was decent, but the eyebrow waxing was horrible. I felt a burning sensation that only increased over time. Initially, I thought it might be because I’m used to threading instead of waxing. However, it turns out I was wax-burnt, and in retrospect, I realize the technician left the wax on for too long.
Additionally, the male who seemed to be in management wasn’t very friendly. I understand it may have been a long day, and they appeared to be dealing with difficult customers, which I witnessed firsthand during my pedicure. Some staff members were performing well, but others seemed bothered and dissatisfied with their work.
Despite everything, I still left a tip before realizing that the burning sensation was due to a wax burn. Given this painful experience, I believe I should have been offered a refund, a discount, or a voucher.
I am leaving this review to suggest that the staff be more self-aware and attentive to customer comfort and safety.

Took my granddaughter and myself. My granddaughter got the dip Nails beautiful came out so good she has short nails so it was perfect. Me on the other hand asked for full set stiletto. Even showed her a picture of my nails from before so she knew exactly what I was talking about. Said yes and started my nails kept doing the almond shape and I kept telling her no they need to be sharper. Ended up with fat almond bumpy nails with dents hitting under a Polish.

I do not recommend it! Without a doubt, it is the worst nail application I have ever had, they left my fingers full of glue, and with acrylic in the cuticle area. the nails all poorly made and without shape. In addition to being very expensive for the quality of service they provide! The place looks neglected and quite dirty, and not to mention the tools they work with, they don’t disinfect them! I definitely won’t be back, it was a waste of money. 😒🤮
