I was recommended this place by a co-worker after the last place I went didn’t do quality work (the backs of all fingers were coming up). I went in nervous and left feeling pretty! Tracy took her time and fixed my nails, she asked my opinion after every step to make sure I was satisfied. These are the best quality nails I have ever had and they are gorgeous, the pictures don’t do them justice. I was even more pleased at the price. If you’ve ever gone to a nail place and have been treated like a number and not a person, you will not find that here. I greatly appreciate Tracy and I will request her every time. Stopped while traveling for work and hit the jackpot! Got the best dip manicure and gel pedicure I have ever had. The artist shaped my nails perfectly, made sure the dip was even and not too thick. Was also quick and efficient without sacrificing quality. Pedicure was amazing, great little massage and the same high quality as the manicure. Location is clean and staff is very friendly! Go get your nails done here!! Thanks LA Nails, I will be back the next time I am in Roanoke!

This place is an absolute disgrace. Last time I came here the nail tech asked me if I wanted every service except callus removal. She did a great job with the pedicure. I told her no to every single service. Got the register and the lady had a callus removal charge on my receipt I asked her to write out for me. She gave me my $5 back for that because she didn’t ask me about that. FF to today, I went in they asked what color we wanted and I said regular polish for everything. This lady went down every price for me on the menu trying to be funny. I’m black and I told her the money isn’t the problem but we didn’t want to pay for those extra things. She started telling me the different cost in lengths, colors etc. I told her you didn’t do that for all those people sitting in the chair (white) so why would you do that with me & my child. I ended up leaving. When I left I heard her still saying things behind my back. I think that was rude for her to do that. She said it’s $5 to take of regular polish. That’s a lie! They have never charged me for that.
The problem is they upsell. They get mad when you don’t accept their upselling services. They try to find prices that’s not listed to make up almost like price gouging. I value my money more than I value experiences.
They steal money in your face

Very rude and mean
I would recommend not going and if you do start holding them accountable to what they are charging you before and after you check out.

This was my first time visiting this salon, and as a walk-in, I was greeted warmly and seen quickly. My technician was Rosie, she was very attentive and professional. I noticed that they have many regulars here which they staff knew by name, and to me that speaks volumes of their service. I will definitely be returning!

Excellent service, welcoming environment! Idk what the negative reviews are really talking about. I went in knowing nothing about what I wanted and the recommendations I got were professional and excellent. My nails turned out EXCELLENT and beautiful!
