I took my daughter in today for her first real set. I asked specifically for Ben. He was very patient and kind with her. She showed him the design she had in mind. He went above and beyond our expectations! Thank you for a wonderful experience for her. My other daughter just had her nails painted. The lady did a great job as well

This place was amazing a few years back. I thought today I would get a normal pedicure. After being passed up by other people who wanted more expensive services, I was seated and my pedicure took 15 min. She did not even put lotion on my feet or legs. Filled the bowl while my feet were in it, and basically had the thing over before it was filled. $35 plus tip for a horrible pedicure. I would not go back if you paid me. The place was dirty. The tools were dirty. I asked for new ones and she did get them, but what if I would not have seen that??? This place is trash! Also I want to add all they tried to do was up sell me things. My feet are so dry after they used a scrub but no lotion. Worst pedicure ever.

I kindly asked for my toenail polish to be fixed after it smeared after drying it under the dryers for 30 min. The woman refused. I even offered to pay extra and she still refused, telling me that this is what happens for getting regular nail polish. I had a rough day that day and am 6 and 1/2 months pregnant and started crying. Finally the woman who originally did my nails came over and fixed it for me. I will never return again for the lack of compassion.

Everyone here is sooooo nice and it’s very clean! I’ve never had a bad experience. They are always busy but that’s because they have such a loyal clientele. If you are in a rush and don’t have time to wait make an appointment. ♥️

Terrible. I called for an appointment and they said come now. I said I lived about 20 minutes away and had never been to this location. I estimated I could be there at 4:30. I came at 4:34 and they said they were full. I said oh I just called and got an appointment for 4:30 to which she replied they had taken walk-ins since they didn’t know if I was coming. No resolution aside from come back
Another day. Absolutely ridiculous and rude with it.
