Moved to Charlotte in June 2023 and been going to CiCi since then! I tried her salon out because our short-term rental was close and now I go all way across the city because she is THAT good. I get hybrid gel and it lasts 3 weeks which was unheard of at the previous places that I went.
10/10 salon and her work is amazing!!!
Everyone else who has done my pedicures is great, too!

Absolutely amazing!! I got a full set done by Tom and he killed it, very detail-oriented and made sure everything was meeting my expectations. I have had this set on for over a month, no nails have come off and they still look amazing! Tom, you out did yourself! It was my first time getting a full set from this place and I will absolutely be back. Great environment inside as well, clean, nice staff and fun atmosphere. The pictures are of my nails right after he was finished then what they look like a month later. Fantastic! I also came in to this salon a month prior to get a pedicure and it was by far the best pedicure I have received!

I tried hybrid gel for the first time and came in with a photo of the design I wanted. Lucy absolutely nailed it (no pun intended lol) and I will 100% be going back! I’m so glad to have found a great salon since moving to CLT. Everyone was so nice there too. I can’t believe how amazing these turned out!! Highly recommend Lucy!

Sonny is so freaking talented. He drew everything by hand no air brush or stencils etc. I seen so many examples of his work an they are all detailed an amazing that they are done by hand. And everyone there is so nice and awesome. I ended up having to bring my daughter with me because the baby sitter was sick. So I got her a mani an pedi however she was done way before me and was tired an hungry so while waiting for her food to be delivered she got bored and was wondering around an touching things and I got on to her an apologized for her actions and they didn’t get frustrated or upset they instead talked to her an joked with her and helped me keep her occupied til he was done!! I can’t recommend them enough!!
