A young guy did my nails, and the moment I sat down in his chair he seemed extremely annoyed and like he didn’t want to be there doing it. He literally physically sighed!!
He did a good job, but then I was switched to a lady and she didn’t do the best paint job.
I went to cosmetology school and in nails they teach us to top off the very front of the nail so it looks finished but more importantly so the nail polish doesn’t chip. She did not do that and I didn’t notice until I had walked out. I wanted to say something but I was just ready to go after the first guy.
The other thing that happened was me and my mother in law had the same people and my sister in law had an older man do her nails. When we paid the younger guy charged us $55 and when my sister in law paid she was only charged $50. I know it’s only $5 but we all got acrylic nails, square shaped and one color. No designs and not super long. So the inconsistency was weird to me.
Anyways I’m rating them a 3 because of this experience. The nail salon was clean and based off my experience tools were being sanitized which I appreciate and always look for.
There was an older man and he seemed really nice. He did my sister in laws nails and hers were great. If I go back I plan to request him. I wish I would’ve gotten his name.
I plan to try again with the older guy so I’ll review again then.
