My nail tech today was Michael and I watched him very closely and his technique was impeccable. I used to own a salon before I became a nurse and I’ve been getting my nails for almost 40 years so I know how it’s supposed to be done. Extremely impressed. I get simple and short for vacation and I’ve been here four times and each person that I’ve gotten here has been excellent. When I find a place I like I stick with it. Thank you K’s, I’ll be back.🥰

I’ve been a client for 4 years. I will NOT return. Bad polish job on both mani that I requested (that I never got) talked into dip instead of gel. I always get a gel manicure. The dip was supposed to look natural. It is thick, wavy, uneven filing, wrong color, and now I look like I have frog toes for finger nails. The pedi was the same as mani but worse! I had to get repolished and is now worse than the original polish application. Now my skin is cut and they didn’t apply top coat to my big toe and I can see through the polish in some spots so it looks like I was kicking rocks. The bumps and dips are horrible. $120 wasted. 😡😡😡 This was my self care gift to myself for my 50th birthday. I left in tears and will never go back.They sure enough kept that $120. Never even occurred to them to offer a refund or a free or discounted service to return. Poor product + Greed = A LOST CLIENT!

I get manicures and pedicures regularly. My usual salon didn’t have availability and I want to take my wife and adult sons to get pedicures before Christmas so we came to K’s . The tech did my manicure while I was sitting in the spa tub for my pedicure.
She cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding and shellac’ed the clear polish on in layers like she was painting a weather beaten garage door. The clear also starting peeling immediately.
Upon conferring with my family, they had a similar experience that day. Definitely wil not recommended.

10/10 would recommend, this is my new favorite salon in the area! Vivian did ombré dip for my first visit & my nails lasted 4+ weeks (amazing). Kelly helped me during my second visit & she also did an amazing job with my nails.
The quality & care they provide here is outstanding! I recommend making an appointment in advance, as they seem to stay very busy here. 🙂
