I always have a great experience at Kroma. The salon is very modern and clean. The staff is very friendly. I love that you can book your appointment online and pick your technician. They send out reminder text messages and receipt for your service. Bin is the owner and always does an amazing job on my nails.

I have been to Kroma three times now and have loved the service. The facility is always clean and Ryan is very welcoming. Ivy has provided the best pedicures and most recently did a manicure for me. She did an amazing job!!!!

KROMA nails is the best!! I have gotten my nails done twice there now, and have nothing but great things to say. Na does my nails and she does an amazing job every time, I recommend her to anyone looking to get a manicure. Ben and Ari are also so amazing and do awesome nails!! Ari is really good at acrylic designs and long nails (along with everything else) plus she’s very friendly. Ben is the owner and can do amazing art work on nails and anything else you like to get done (gel X, gel, hybrid, acrylic, etc). All of them are extremely friendly and the environment is absolutely gorgeous.
I have also gotten a pedicure done there and they did amazing and took their time on my nails. I would really recommend going in and checking them out, I promise it’s worth it!! I’ll attach images of the nails I have gotten with Na.

I booked an appointment on Friday night for a gel manicure. The service was $36 which is a couple dollars more than in Fresno. I showed up about 10 minutes past my appointment so I was still happy they were ready to take me. The technician was shaking when applying the gel and did about four coats of color (where my usual girl only does 3). So although it was a bit clumpy and not clean, I was hopeful it would at least last two weeks. It has only been 5 days and my nails are chipping everywhere. Also the appointment was in total probably 40 minutes. She was really nice, but did my nails very fast, so maybe she cut corners. Disappointed since I live so close and was hoping to become a regular, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

I need a professional length and color. Bin always delivers excellent quality. I am in and out in less than an hour and ready for work. It’s great that I can take a lunch break and accomplish two things at once. I have not been this happy with a nail salon in over two decades. Thanks, Bin and Kroma!—My highest praise to a beautiful quality salon.
