The best nail salon in the area! I have been going here for years, and the nail technicians are always so kind, friendly and skilled!

I always leave loving it, and everything in the spa is perfect. Relaxing music, beach scenes and adorable pink walls really set the scene. I will keep coming here forever, it is my favorite!

What a lovely experience. I was leaving for Disney soon. I brought an example of what I wanted along with some nail art stickers. They did a beautiful job.

The staff here are friendly and kind. I’ve always been impressed by my extensions and the amount of work they put into making sure I’m satisfied with it. They have an excellent team that can adapt well. They keep their salon clean and well stocked. It’s a relaxing place to get your nails done.

I called today to schedule an appointment at K&Q Nail Bar, and I mentioned that I am new to the area from California. I explained that I am trying to find a good shop since I just moved here. I then scheduled an appointment at 4:45 PM for today, and I was informed that the shop would do their best, and if I am unhappy I could try somewhere else.
A few moments later, I received a phone call, and the lady stated, we are canceling your appointment because we might not be good enough for you..CLICK….DIAL TONE!

I am a male in a female dominated industry. I like clean nails and cuticles too. In my experience and at certain shops, I receive a manicure from a person that may/may not be a licensed nail technician, and sometimes treated poorly.
This is is the reason I asked in advance for someone who could do a great job.
Am I wrong for asking for a great job?

I was very disappointed in my experience here. I went in for a pedicure and got right in but the technician was so rude and unfriendly. He kept making loud sighs and seemed so bothered to have to do my nails. I didn’t receive any massage and as soon as he finished he said, “you’re done”, and just walked away. He also left polish on my skin and missed a spot on my nail. I will not be returning to this salon and do not recommend it to anyone.
