I really wanted to enjoy my experience here. The ladies were so nice, but the acrylic set is just horrible. The nails have no arch. There is glue and acrylic left on my fingers. The tips weren’t even glued on right resulting in a concave where it attached to the nail and a space under the nail. The tech noticed this and filled the gaps with nail glue, and then got glued to me over and over again. Would not recommend. And I paid 70.

Highly recommend! As a couple we both enjoy the services and the professionalism here. They’re also next to a few great spots too with the coffee shop, burger place, barber salon with plants, all right on the edge of downtown at Newell Center.

I’ve been to many nail salons in my day, but Kool nails is now my very favorite. Both for the friendly atmosphere and for the quality of the work they do. No corners cut, and they will recommend what type of service is best for your specific nail beds/type. It’s the only salon I can totally relax in, knowing they are so detailed and thorough that the nails will be exactly what I want. And they are also open to very specific requests too. I’ve come in twice now for kinda complicated extension manicures, and each time they’ve been perfect and lasted me about 6 weeks! Also, I have a crooked nailbeds, and Thao took the time to correct them while applying my extensions and making them look straight. Highly recommend this place!!

I heard about this place through a friend. I requested an appt on Yelp! and I heard back from the owner very quickly. She gave me an appt for the same day. I was greeted upon arrival, they started on time, offered me coffee, tea or water, and started my pedicure in a comfortable massaging chair. A second person started on my manicure part way through the pedicure. They were both so good, and had to clean up my skin and nails, which were in bad shape. Going in, I didn’t think I’d leave with my nails looking as good as they do! Everyone was so kind and good at their craft. I couldn’t be happier.

your appointment time and it doesn’t feel like they’re rushing people through. The staff are very detail oriented and super professional. Highly recommend.
