This was my second experience here… it was the worst. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I asked for 2 kids mani/pedi … full set and adult pedi… the lady who did my nails did not do a good job. The nails are crooked and not coffin shaped. They are all different lengths. But my issue was when it was time for my daughter to get her feet done. There was a miscommunication between employees and i notified the person that my daughter wanted the full pedi experience at least soaking feet in water. The lady got mad and snatched the foam toe thing off her feet. In which i responded if she doesn’t want to do it. We can stop services. But they convinced me to stay and she was rushing and rough with my daughters. I still tipped for services but i was highly disappointed!!

Tina is probably the best and is the only reason I go there. They always over book and I always end up waiting longer than anyone would at a nail shop when you have an appointment. Prices are reasonable for the most part. Each pedicure is priced differently but, each pedicure is pretty much the same… I have had 3 “different” ones all priced differently and I get the same service.

Been here before experience was nice. Second time I went by myself , they were cold and not nice at all. Stopped doing my manicure to do a white woman’s feet. Was very nice to her, asked about her day and more. Manicure was terrible my nails looked better before i came. Everything was rushed. lady was coughing on me & my feet. water was cold and so were the “hot” rocks. They don’t clean under your nails just ugh. Waste of money. So tired of this. Can’t even have a nice day out even if you pay. I’ll be looking for black nail techs from now.

Soooo I went and got a dip mani and pedi and let’s just say this will be my pedi place but NOT MY NAILS. Let’s start with Pedi- SARAH is bomb and she only work on Sundays. I got the Champagne & Rose pedi and it was so Devine… from the stones, masks, parafin, massage to the hot neck wrap had me feeling like all the pampering I needed I received. I’m definitely going back on a Sunday…
Now on to my mani w/ dip… I believe Valerie was her name, but she was short and round and a not so pleasant attitude. I gave her the colors I wanted and she wanted to change my color and when I didn’t agree she went silent and didn’t say another word until the end when she said she’d be back to apply oil. My nails are so thin they started cracking the next day. I didn’t have time to go back for repair as my family headed out for our cruise. Here we are just shy of a week by 1 day and my nail broken and several of them are cracking. She didn’t even make them smooth, some lumps were there. I wasn’t pleased and should have spoken up but I had other items to get done before our trip. These were my birthday nails that complimented my outfits for the trip and I wasn’t happy. I paid $115 which is more expensive than a higher end nail salon but hey they know how to rob you.

Visiting Fort Worth area and all the other nail places were already closing or closed. Walked in and didn’t have too long to wait to get my nails done. Tina did a very good job! Very happy with the color, shape, and thickness of my nails!
