First time at Kloe nails & spa. Not too happy with the result. My daughter got the full gel set for $85 plus tax because we paid with a credit card.
Technician did not do two coats of the gel color and you could see through, there is also air bubbles and color is not even. Is drippy. Not going back. Only reason we went there is because our nail salon was busy and completely booked. Nails look ok.

Hanna did my wedding nails and they were exactly what I was looking for. I had the dip powder french with design and jewels which were beautiful. everytime i go my nails last such a long time without a chip in sight and they still feel strong underneath the dip powder.

Hanna and the staff are wonderful!! Very accommodating! I love to get serviced because the staff is attentive to everyone who enters their establishment. If they have a client, or you’re running behind schedule, they still will try and service you when you walk in or notify you how long you may need to wait. My nails are two weeks old, I’m pregnant and I’m making time for my self care. I was done within 30 minutes with my particular nail design. My nails are strong and not brittle. Hanna will assess your nails and recommend the best look for you. Tell her Ann sent you! I now have my mother going. I waited after two services to provide feedback.

I have tried to give this place a few opportunities to get things right because I’m usually one to give something more than 1 try to see if it was just a bad 1st experience. But I have to say each time I have gone here, the lady who has done my nails is very rude every time you try to say something about the nail and I told her they were lifting and needed to be glued down better but she kept being very defensive and now I have fungus on my real nail pretty bad. Not only that but with how much you pay for nails and Pedi you would think they would listen when you say they are crooked and make it right instead of giving attitude. Will not return!!! Not worth the money!!!
