I’ve been going here for the past 6 years, I’ve been to many other places but I always come back to Kim’s. Their staff are kind and professional, and they just renovated! My favorite is their pedicure, my feet are always pampered and soft when I get one, highly recommend!

On Feb 15, 2024 I had an appointment at 11am when I arrived there was only one lady there, I said good morning and only stayed for 15 minutes and ended up giving up on getting my nails done.
I wanted to do French acrylic nails, I showed her a photo so she could have an idea of ​​the color I wanted, I like a more pinkish color.I asked a question about what color my nails would be when finished, and the lady got angry and started talking to me in a rude way.
I apologized and said that I wanted to make sure it would be the color I like and sometimes customers have questions and it’s normal to have to explain to the customer about the service that is being provided.
I said to her I also often had to answer customers’ questions and explain more than one time if they didn’t understand and once again I apologized to her.
Her response was even more rude, she told me “I’m not here to explain anything, I’m here to do the clients’ nails If you want your questions answered, look elsewhere to get your nails done” And she continued doing my nails with a very angry face so
At that moment I decided to follow her advice I gave up on doing my nails.
I arrived with a smile on my face And I was greeted by a rude and bitter person.
I’ve lived in Medford for many years and I usually get my nails done here.
I moved to NH But now I’m back in Medford so I’ve decided to get my nails done with them again.
However many things have changed around here and there are more sweet and polite girls working at Kim’s nails, so neither I nor anyone from my family and friends will use Kims Nails service anymore.
So IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WELL WITH RESPECT SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE!

Poor service
The cost of my gel nails and pedicure was $110 with nothing added. No tips, no design.
Pedicure you don’t even get a massage.
I don’t recommend, even in a pinch don’t come here.

I’ve gone to this salon three times now (acrylic dip and pedicures) and their work has been great! The ladies are all sweet and friendly, and I’ve been really impressed with the quality of their work. I have eczema on my feet and they’ve been careful and have taken very good care of me.

Love the staff- very friendly. The place is always clean. They do an amazing job on manicures and pedicures.
