I went there to get my prom nails done and they were absolutely horrible. My prom was the next day and so they told me come after prom and they would re do them for free to make up for what happened. I went after prom and then they charged me again!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!!

I wasn’t happy with the first color and he changed it with a smile! He even gave me a birthday gift! I appreciate how you feel special here!

Have gone to Kim’s Nails for 1-1/2 years. After new set acrylic nails—I’m through with Kims Nails. Acrylic doesn’t go to edges of my nail beds and the polish doesn’t cover the acrylic all the way! Polish is sloppy and jagged! It looks like I need a fill in and I got the full set yesterday!! Went back today to at least fix the polish hoping that would help. Kim said “I no have to. Why you No have gel polish? I no fix. You no have gel.” She added more of the polish and didn’t fix the edges or anything!! No More! I’m done! See my pics –

Kim is lovely. They treat you very professional. She does my nails. They could use some better pedicure people,but on the weekends, the younger girls do a terrific job. If there was one thing it would be having to wait so long but that’s my only issue. As long as the water is hot and checked on. I can sit most of the time,but sometimes they are so busy.Not enough people to work. I would still highly recommend. I can ALWAYScount on complimentS from everywhere I go that my nails are nice
