Been coming here for years love how they do my nails and feet but I’m so pissed off the lady that do the eye lashes apply a lot of hair glue which will leave ur lashes in pain when u try and take them off I specifically told her I don’t want a lot of glue and she still added it I jus spent two eyes getting my lashes off picking and pulling oil or water wouldn’t remove them I finally got them off and I’m in alot of pain don’t recommend going here for eye lashes lady uses to much glue ans hair glue at that‼️

Service was okay. Pedicure wasn’t spectacular at all. My toenails were cut too short and all look different. For my set, they could only do ombre with powder and then told me they didn’t have the color on my toes. Index and middle finger are crooked after removing the initial crooked ones. Tech was patient in redoing the glitter. I appreciate that. Overall, I would try again if I were in a bind but that’s it.

I use to go to Kim’s back in the day and it’s clearly not what it use to be. I asked for a basic French tip pedicure and the finished product looks like I could have done this myself. The French tip is not crisp and then polish was gunky. I had to ask the tech to cut my toe nails lower and even. While I was drying she came over to make sure to collect the money.

I’ve been coming here for a while now as it is very convenient. Their customer service is bare minimum, and they don’t like being corrected. The work can be (safe to say, IS) very sloppy. I will not be going back and wouldn’t recommend!
