I wish I could select 0 stars. Terrible attitudes! The customer service was unbelievable. The lady who must be in charge was so rude I had to tell her to stop talking to me. Got a basic pedicure and basic manicure with REGULAR polish and it was $93. They advertise as it as $65. I questioned it and she was so rude to me. should’ve left after that. Maybe she’s so mean and rude because she’s drunk! Was drinking out of a large bottle of Ciroc the whole time I was there at 11 in the morning. Someone else got a pedicure and we’re getting services I didn’t get, I questioned it and no one had an answer. when I mentioned the customer service he said “you don’t like, don’t come back” I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE. I see why they’re empty on a Saturday morning and all the other nail shops are crowded and booked, no one wants to come here. Pedicure was 3/5, manicure 0/5. And it’s not so relaxing getting a pedicure and looking at all the junk. Clean up!

Kim is a fraud messing up my pedi. Then wanted argue cause her sister mess me up. Then call the police on me after I paid her. Such a horrible lady please don’t go there .They got it lock up in there looks like a dungeon they know they have horrible services. I had to give it one star to write a full report. Please don’t if you value your nails and toes. I’m a black woman and she called the police when we make possible for you have a business in this country. Very poor service. If I could give the zero stars I would. I hope you value your life cause Kim will call the police on you. Don’t go there. Don’t go there. Don’t go there .I paid her 70 dollars like the other lady said in the reviews for 35 dollars service.
I should have read the reviews lesson learn. I would not take my dog to her she that bad .oh before i for get she was extremely nice to the white woman that was there. I believe shes a racist, the way she treated me was horrific with her bad build butch body. It was very dirty and cluttered.

I have been going to Kim’s Nails for years and they do a great job! I can call and Kim will let me know about the wait time and I can adjust my schedule. I highly recommend!

Nails came out nice, service was horrible and I wondered why I was able to walk right in and sit down, ( because the service is horrible!!!) I asked about the price not because I couldn’t afford it, but because a $25 price ended up being$65, and I like my money just like they like theirs and I’m not in the habit of passing out money without knowing how it was spent, that upset him, so basically pay me and don’t ask questions, and then the owner comes over restating what he already said. I comprehend well and again if I could not afford to pay I would have left when he said $65. But I just wanted to know , I don’t know why I felt the need to tip him $10 after being talked to in a condescending manner, by people who don’t like the people they service but to not be the stereotype I tipped , but will never return.

Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was pressed for time and needed a pedicure I road past this place and decided to stop in to see if they had availability for a pedicure I was told yes they did and told to go to the last chair I do so and asked the lady making my water could she not put the jet in the pedicure bowl that I just wanted the water another lady asked me what was I holding in my hand which I brought my own implements, file and buffer she then told me oh we was going to do it but now we don’t have anyone available and he don’t feel comfortable doing it now I am a licensed nail tech I know for a fact some shop don’t clean their tools correctly and they definitely reuse disposable files and buffers I was treated rudely then kicked out after they had me sit down and take my shoes and soaks off the place is a absolute MESS AND CLUTTERED I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING STATE BOARD….. I should have known all these signs on the door was a RED FLAG I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE only gave 1 star because google don’t give you an option to do no stars
