Kimmy is very good at her job and very sweet. The lady with the glasses took the front part of my eyebrow off after specifically saying to just clean them up . My eyebrows arent thick or hard to do. Then she tried to tell me just to fill them in. I’ve been growing them out to get the perfect shape now I have to start all over again.
