Amazing awesome place they did wonders for me today Meeka did my nails and I forgot the lady’s name who did my toes I think it’s dee I’m not sure but everyone in there had amazing customer service and did amazing work they went above and beyond for sure! I haven’t been this happy in years! Amazing I’ll be back very soon thank you guys!!!

My mom and I have a tradition to meet in Greenville and visit Kim Nail right before Christmas each year. I have never been disappointed; I just wish I lived closer. This year, I had a fantastic experience with Marie – so attentive to all the details, taking her time, and generally just doing a great job. We make sure to make an appointment and it’s so nice and convenient. Can’t wait till next time!

This is mainly for the CS. I went in for a pedicure. I was sorta like hmm at first. The younger lady seemed a bit more frazzled and interested in fixing her own nails at first. Then the owner came- she was quiet , but pleasant. Then a few things which really stood out to me. Her compassion for a leg less man who came in asking for donation’s and she didn’t try to make me uncomfortable at all by upselling me anything. I just wanted a normal pedi. Nothing fancy. I hate feeling pressured into anything else when I go places. If I do I will not go back in at all. She also did a really really nice and thorough job. Most people refuse to even removed calluses without an insane 15 up charge. She gave a great leg massage also. While I was setting there a mother and child came in and very obviously trying to get a new set of nails. She also was just very short and sweet. No arguing. She had no attitude and when they left she was laughing a bit bc of the obvious situation and she handled it so professionally. Unfortunately, bc of the ladies trying to get free nails she may have lost a customer. I hope she gets x 10 with her compassion. I’ll for sure be back.out of every nail salon I’ve been too this is the only one I can say this.

I’ve been going to Kim’s Nails since shortly after it opened in ’09. I moved and now drive 45 minutes because I cannot find anyone else I like as well. Incredibly clean and their sanitizer habits are among the best I’ve ever seen!! New sealed set of tools and everything for every patron! Every. Time. Family funday Mom Dad and Little Toes getting pampered.
