One of the worst nail establishments I have ever visited. I simply went in to get my acrylics taken off and that’s where the nightmare began. The lady who removed my nails did it in such a harsh and painful way. She used another nail to pry off the nails, not even soaking them in acetone. She dug her nails into my skin. Only Then with the nails that she couldnt pry off, would she pull out her drilled to start filing some of them. By the end of her peeling them all off, I could see that my nail beds were completely destroyed. She then proceeded to buff and file my nails violently, leaving them at all different lengths and shapes. She then had the audacity to give me a SOUR look when I didn’t give her a tip. Shame on you, Kim, luxury nails. I will never recommend your business to anyone I know.

They were my prom nails looked amazing at first where good for a couple days but I have only had them for a week and a half and almost all of them are trying to come off and my hair gets cought at the bottem won’t be going back again a waste of $60

I go here for special events but I always have a great time they have pretty much anything nails lol good prices too and you can get in an our manipedi in about an hour. The photos are the end product but not the store.
