Today I took my daughter to this Barbershop to get a haircut, there were only two customers being worked on. The guy looked at us up and down and said how may I help you? I said we are here for a cut. He then replied we are busy. I let him know we could wait but then he said we don’t do that. Meaning he doesn’t cut black people’s hair. In this day America and in Montgomery county, you are telling me that you are unable to hire black barbers to cut black hair as a business? That was the only barbershop visible in the entire mall. This should be unacceptable in this country in 2024 that businesses refuse to hire people to serve others. I felt so discriminated against and I just left. Sad.

Had a 6:30 pm appointment for a kids cut with my son. Walked in and the lady, Virginia, just freed up. To my surprise she decided to take a walk in instead. There is no reason other than the higher haircut fee. She dismissively asked us to wait for half an hour. It’s not the first time a scheduling issue happens. The owner should really train the staff better.

Definitely will be back. I love my hair. They made highlights and trimmed my ends. The shop is small, which is something I prefer. Not too many people so I didn’t have to worry about waiting for the stylist to be finished with someone else before getting to me. The shampooing was amazing, I already have plans on returning in a few weeks for another blowout now that the temperature has raised. Excelent customer service specially from Dolly. I love this place!
