I wish I could rate them zero!
I went Friday late to have a pedicure and tips they did a pink base rather than acrylic. And I was totally ok with paying the extra money.
The nail technician was in a rush and started doing my nails as I was getting a pedicure so they came out very thick and lopsided.
I didn’t realize how bad they were till I got home.
By that time they were already closed I couldn’t go Saturday to have them fixed cause I had an event that day.
So I went today Sunday I explained I just want them fixed they are to thick and lopsided.
I sat down and the technician who did them Friday said something in her language and had a face . I explained that it’s not that she did a bad job I just prefer them a little thinner than bulky.
She had another technician supposedly fixed them.
He was definitely annoyed with the fact that he had to fix my nails he was rough and still didn’t do a good job.
They were still lopsided and now they nail polish he applied was blotchy.
at this point I just want to get out I felt very uncomfortable and annoyed.
And to top it off they charged me another 15$ to fix something they didn’t do right in the first place.
In total I spent $145 between getting them done and the fixing.
They place is a waste!
No kind of customer care at all they could care less on making the customer happy!
I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

Exactly why I don’t go there anymore! Rude owner and staffs, unprofessional looks like Kerry hires ppl that want to learn, they talk about you in their language, make you wait long just bad . Deluxe nails on boston ave is so much better for me anyways

My first visit and the last visit all in one. Avoid this place at all cost, if it is possible. The young lady who did my pedicure, also was suppose to do a fill-in acrylic manicure. But, unfortunately she suggested to remove acrylic off my nails and replace it with a new fill-in set. She took out a metro card and a nail clipper and ripped the acrylic off my nails and proceeded to cut my nails down without asking me if I wanted to cut done my nails. Very disrespectful! Then she had the nerve to say to me I am going to do somebody else’s nails, who came after me and said that I need to Waite for another technician after she destroyed my nails. I was so disgusted and irate, because she had a smirk on her face when she said It. I guess I was suppose to act out, because they were going to use ghetto black girl stereotype to justify there miss treatment towards me. So, I simply got up and paid for my pedicure and kept it pushing towards the future. The simple one(“nail technician”) for better lack of words, said to me bye bye with big ole smile. Please if you value your money and time please do not come to this nail salon.

Unprofessional and poor customer service. I waited over a half an hour for Kerry’s staff to say they can’t perform the services they stated they could when I entered. At a very minimum, they could have apologized for wasting my time. Instead, they all decided to pretend I did not exist.

I am a regular customer & this nail salon is one of the BEST in the area. I recently moved further away & I take the 30 min commute to get my nails done here. Very clean & organized.
