KENZIE’S NAILS AND SPA in Phoenix AZ

I have been going to Kenzie’s salon for two years and they are BY FAR the BEST nail salon in town (if not all of Phoenix and Tempe combined). Each time I have ever gone anywhere else other than this salon I have instantly regretted it. Tom is my go to guy for nails and has ALWAYS provided the best service. Sam is the best for a pedicure if that’s what you’re looking for!!!! They will both take amazing care of you and will be diligent to any design you ask them for (Sam will most definitely ask you if you want to do a cats eye though 😂) They go above and beyond to over deliver. I highly recommend! This salon is clean and the service is incredible!

THIS PLACE NEVER MISSES!!! I’ve had so many different nail techs there and they were all great. So nice, friendly, and on point! I’m usually a plain gal but look at these!!! 😍 thank you guys for always taking great care of me and my nails!

The nail service here was so amazing! Kevin was my tech and he did such a wonderful job. I’m just visiting the city, but this will definitely be my go-to place next time I’m here!

The first two pictures are my nails 2 days after getting them done with gel. This was a redo because the first time I went they were peeling, cracking and chipping from the bottom and paint was chipping off from the French tip by the 6th day. The third picture is how my nails looked after 7 days. They refused to take care of me and my nails when I came in to get them fixed after 7 days because I “waited too long”. Just a warning, if your nails start to fade and peel, they only give you two days after you get them done to go back and fix them for free. They consider it wear and tear after that lol. Even though gel always lasts me 3 weeks before they start to look as broken as the third picture. He swears gel nails last only a week and nail polish lasts 3 days. So if you’re expecting nails to last longer than this, definitely DONT go here. They gave me a $15 discount when I went to get them fixed but they should’ve taken responsibility for their lack of quality in nails and done them for free (especially because I just got them done again and they’re already wearing out again. So I just wasted my $30 plus tip on getting them “fixed”). I’d avoid this place altogether. I went with my aunt to get my nails done and the same thing happened to her. After a week and a half her nails started to chip and peel. (Also gel nails with French tips).

This place is crazily overpriced. My tech was rough, didn’t even clean my nails first first, threw my hand around horribly, didn’t talk, and had no idea how to do an almond shape – all for $75 and they expect a tip on top of that price ?? Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because Sam gave the best pedicure, he is so personable, and is the best employee there.
