I always love my visits to Kenny’s. Welcoming from the moment you walk in the door until the moment you walk out. Even with it being the day before Easter and they were super busy. Same great service and not a long wait. And it’s always clean too.

I’ve been going to Kenny’s nail spa for years and today I had a very not so good service with them for the first time. When I went in I asked for a soak off since I had acrylic on my nails, the man said said soak off go to chair 3 I said okay soon as I sit down the lady started to take off my nails manually, I told her I’m paying for a soak off and she said okay yes and continually to yank my nails off splitting a total of 4 nails. As I’m getting up to leave mind you I didn’t think I was paying anything since I didn’t get the soak off I asked for. As I’m walking out he says 15 dollars I said what exactly am I paying for he said soak off I said I didn’t get a soak she clearly yanked my nails off splitting 4 nails and he continually asked for 15 dollars and I was trying to get an understanding of what I was paying for cus what she did I could’ve did at home and I said next time be specific about what I’m paying for if I ask for a soak off I want that with pure acetone and hot water. They really didn’t care and was really rude. I won’t be going back

My first visit here, I can say this was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. Very sweet and professional. Highly recommend Judy and Fiona they were so kind, pleasant conversations and great positive energy. I am a life long customer now.

Never a long wait. Kind & professional staff and they do good work. My 5 year old loves to get polish changes here as well & they are patient with her and let’s her pick out her multiple colors.

This place is horrible. The prices online are different when you go in then they will tell you that they’re old prices and not honor them. My massage chair didn’t work. The dip powder color looked nothing like it did on the tester and then they acted like I was wrong for wanting to come back and get it changed. I accidently keyed in my total amount as the tip amount which was 128.75 and he actually ran it. He actually thought I was gonna to him that much?? I think not!

Deliberately caused trouble? That’s ridiculous and I NEVER refused to pay!! And YES , I did pick out the color based on what it looked like on your sample, IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE COLOR YOU PUT ON MY NAILS which is what the problem was!! if it had looked like 429 on the color plate there would be NO problem. And again, I NEVER refused to pay but yes I did demand to come back and get a polish change based on it not looking the same. This has nothing to do with not wanting to pay. Excuse you. And since you can come on here and respond to the review, why don’t you go update your incorrect prices on the website instead of misleading people to get them in the business and then changing the price! Thanks!
