First time here, I was scared and was about to walk out after reading the reviews, but I was already sitting down. I’m happy with my nails and would recommend Thuyet, she definitely likes to be neat and gentle. I’m happy with my choice!!

Horrible experience my nails were bleeding after I left and the lady charged me more just because she cut me and added some thing and charged me $10 more and one of my nails are crooked and one of my nails on the back. It’s covered with acrylic and glue all over my nails, very awful place you won’t get what your money is worth. Please don’t come here because you will get scammed very awful place and the lady was acting like she was in a rush.

This was my first experience here. I got in and they asked me what I needed. All I needed was a gel removal. They didn’t respond to me and I sat there for about ten minutes. Then I asked if they had time for me and they moved me to chair and didn’t say anything. Someone came about 15 minutes later. They used the strongest nail drill on my nails. I kept saying ow and she did nothing to adjust. At one point I had to pull my hand away because she got my skin. No oil or anything after she was done and now my nails look like the picture below. She charged me $10 for this and when I gave her a $20, she asked if $5 was for her. This was a terrible experience and I will never return here.

I’ve never given a review to any business but this instance it really just got me upset! First and last time I go to this place!! I went with my mom to get a pedicure and manicure. We both got gel color for the pedicure but no color for the manicure. The total for the both of us(no tip included) was $210. These people charge $25 extra if you get gel color on your toes aside from what you’re already paying for the pedicure. The lady that did my service was so pushy, trying to add things to my service when I had already told her “no” plenty of times!! She tried to do my kids nails and pushed herself onto my kids when I had already said “no”! This lady does not understand the word “no” because she continued and eventually painted my kids nails and still charged me $15 extra for doing there nails!! It’s ridiculous because I had said “no” plenty of times!! I regret going here and will never go back! I would recommend everyone else to go elsewhere!
