I made an appointment and waited for 30 mins, I felt rushed the entire time. The nails look botchy, uneven, and she did a horrible job with the nail polished. Very disappointing, thought I would try this nail salon since it’s closer to my house instead of the other one in town but I will not be going there anymore

The lady got mad because I asked for designs and she couldn’t do designs, HORRIBLE service!! If you can’t do design stop pretending to be a nail tech!!!! Don’t waste your time coming here! Or your 💰💰💰

I use to have a great experience but the last 3 times I’ve left unhappy. First time was because of the color I picked out was a different shade as shown. Last two times I’ve had pedicures they have hurt me and my gel polish is not even covering all my nails. My cuticles are still there. This was always my go to place to escape. It is very unfortunate I’ll have to find a new place. I gave them 3 chance but I can not keep spending my money here.

Terrible customer service & very unsanitary. Went in for manicure & pedicure. The elderly guy in front tried to rip previous set off my nails WHICH HURT so I asked to soak of & he proceeded to use drill. Asked again for soak then he bring out acetone & asked me to move to different station. I sat there at the different station for 20mins untouched! Normally soaked persist of soaking and minimal drilling. So I decided no manicure for me! So I went to pedicure station & asked for the plastic liners & they told me they DO NOT have them. I sat there & watched them complete 2 ladies WITHOUT CLEANING THE BOWL AFTER. Again no bowl liners. So then they attempted to charge me for the soak off $10 & they weren’t fully soaked off & the lady up front decided to charge $5 for soak of instead “for use of acetone”. For the first time in my life I left $0 tip & I absolutely do not recommend this establishment I will be reporting them for unsanitary conditions. Bathrooms were unsanitary also. The only positive i can say was the waxing services seemed good. Do not get pedicures here maybe you’ll have better luck with a different nail tech than me though!

Terrible.

I went for a full set about a month ago and a man did it. Two weeks went by, it’s time for a fill, I go to a lady. Two days after that I have nails lifting. It was 4 nails to be exact. I do light work so I don’t use my hands much. I went back to get them fixed and I was told that I would have to come back bc the lady that did them was not there or I could pay another person to fix them. Well I ended up paying 20 for a new person, “fixed” nails, and a different color gel polish. Wellllllllll one of the nails that was “fixed” lifted the NEXT DAY. I go back the day after the actual nail broke… now neither one of the ladies are there. A lady asks me what I needed so I tell her and I don’t want to have to pay again. She goes silent for maybe 5 minutes while I am just standing there. Another customer walks in and the nails tech says that I can sit down. I sat there for over an hour! A man asks the lady next to me if she is ready for her lashes, she came in after me. So I asked him when will I be helped bc I have to go and he says “I don’t know.” I ask him if he could find out and he says “Maybe when someone is done you’ll be next.” I say that I don’t have time and ask for a refund. He says that he can’t do it bc the manager isn’t there and to come back……. FOR THE FOURTH TIME IN A WEEK! They do good pedicures but I would not recommend this place to anyone. They can’t do nails and the customer service is horrible.
