1st time here and unfortunately, my experience didn’t go as well as others’. Despite coming back after making an appointment, I still had to wait a while. Not a huge deal, I’m pretty patient. But then my cuticles on a few fingers got cut and bled, my nails weren’t filed down with a fine-grit emery board but with coarse-grit almost sandpaper, the lengths are uneven, and the polish doesn’t cover all of the nails…..I’m rather disappointed. Maybe I got unlucky or they felt rushed due to being busy, but sadly my next appointment will be elsewhere. They are very nice people, though, which I always appreciate.

1st time customer for a Gel Manicure. Couldn’t be more disappointed. My 1st tech CK was so concerned with her personal life she just left me sitting there for 25 minutes! My 2nd tech was a total sweetie, however her technical skills need improved, just young and not experienced enough. Nails are uneven, disappointed in the initial treatment as a customer and overall experience. Sadly they came recommend but I wouldn’t go back! 🙁
