I got my nails done two days ago, and four of them are broken. They’re acrylic. The person I spoke to told me they wouldn’t charge for service but would still charge for supplies because I was probably doing something that broke them. I was doing laundry. Now I’m out $60.

I’ve been here a few times but lately had not bothered because they had messed up in the past and I had never loved the place. Today the nail lady did such an awful job I decided to speak up and ask them to remove it before I left. I was asked to pay 20 dollars for the removal and when I looked at my hand after getting home it was bleeding. So go at your own risk- it’s cheap but not worth it.

Spacious & airy salon!! Great Pedicure, sweet staff 🎉🎉🎉🎉 can’t wait to return!! Finally returned & got the DIP nail style!! I adore it, very natural!! Also,a quick polish on my toes. Thank you Kelly for getting me fabulous for vacation!!!

I usually have Mary (desk#5) do my nails. Haven’t been to her for about 2 months because the last time I was supposed to have her do my nails, she took someone else instead of me. I went back to her today and these are the results. She was upset because apparently she didn’t hear me when I told her I wanted pointy almond nails. She made them coffin and was upset the entire time when she filed my nails into almond shape. The acrylic powder residue is all over my fingers and hands. My total came up to be $65.75 for a gel full set, which is a rip off!!! I could’ve gotten designs for that price. When I asked why it was so much, the front counter girl claimed it was because of the length and shape. Oh, and they charge 75 cents for card transactions now. Will go to a different person next time because once you upset these people, they become petty.
